The Manor
Matauwhi Bay Manor is a haven, where one can relax and indulge in the one location, whilst experiencing the pure luxury they deserve.
Each waterfront suite has unique views to the bay, king size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and ensuites, complete with spa baths and complementary products by Simunovich Olive Estate.
At the Manor guests can enjoy the facilities available including billiard table, bar, indoor and outdoor dining, use of the private boat Aroha IV and access to kayaks.

Weka Suite
Overlooking the lovely views to Lily Bay, this suite offers a king size bed with antique armchairs by the window to admire the view. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with its own spa bath and separate shower.
Fantail Suite
This suite provides open views of the Bay of Islands and onto Waitangi. Sitting by the window in the antique armchairs, or your personal ensuite spa, enjoy the sunset views over the water. This room offers its own gas fireplace, king bed, central heating and walk in wardrobe complete with an ensuite spa and separate shower with his and hers vanities.
Kingfisher Suite
First to get the morning sun shining through, this suite overlooks Lily Bay from one angle, and up the property to the rows of Liquid Amber Trees from another. Featured in this room is a gas fireplace, small lounge area, king bed, built in wardrobes, central heating and ensuite spa with separate shower with his and hers vanities.
Pheasant Suite
Awake to expansive views of the glistening blue waters of the Bay of Islands and onto Waitangi. This sunny suite features a sitting area with grand gas fireplace, accompanied by a romantic Super King four poster bed, a walk in wardrobe and central heating. With his and hers vanities, the ensuite bathroom also has a separate shower and spa bath to enjoy the gorgeous sunset from.
